Join me every Sunday for a quick and effective 30-minute yoga session. This class is focused on yin and meditation; the perfect way to prepare you for your week ahead. If you tend to lose your patience with your kids or need a serious mom break, this might be the 30 minutes you need. If you are a beginner at yoga this is a great place to start. All levels are welcome.
Your monthly membership will also include access to classes led by Jade Alexis; Yoga and meditation instructor based in New York. You will also get recordings of various yoga and meditation classes. There’s also an option to pay per class.
